Magnet Merchandise FAQs

How does the order process work? 
Customers can use the Magnet Merchandise Store (powered by Shopify) to place merchandise orders by adding items to their cart. Once a customer completes the checkout and payment process, the order is sent to our retail partner, Printful, for production and fulfillment. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. 

What countries will you ship to?
Magnet Merchandise Store can ship globally, however, the merchandise is only available for purchase in USD and CAD currencies at this time. Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the package, so go through the checkout process to see what rates are available to you.

How do I cancel my order?
Magnet Merchandise is powered by an online retail partner, Printful, and every item is quickly made to order. As such, all orders are final as soon as they’re submitted and we’re unable to cancel them after the fact.  Please choose carefully!

Can I return my order?
Because all items are made to order by an online retail partner, we are unable to offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

Will there be new items added to the site?
We’re always open to exciting new ideas so let us know if there is something we should consider adding for the future! Please email magnetmerchandise@magnetforensics.com with your suggestions.

When is the last day I can order so it will arrive by Christmas?
Fulfillment of orders can take 2-7 business days plus shipping time (which depends on the option you select). Please keep these timeframes in mind when placing your order. Unfortunately, Magnet Forensics does not control the shipping process, so we suggest you order holiday presents as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may occur.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
Under the product page there is a size chart for each apparel item to ensure you get the right size!
